Returns & exchanges
If it's not right, send it back. You have 30 days from delivery to return any item.
The rules, kept short
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Trying something on at home is fine. Training in it first is not.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.
- Exchanges: tell us the size or colour you want and we'll dispatch it once your return is on its way back.
How to start a return
- Email info@warriorculture.co.uk with your order number and what you're returning.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions within 48 hours (Mon–Fri).
- Post it back, we recommend a tracked service.
Faulty item? That's on us, we'll cover the return postage and replace or refund it, your choice.
