The Warrior 8-Week Fitness Plan

This Plan Was Built for Warriors

Not influencers. Not weekend gym-goers. Warriors.

This 8-week programme is designed to be completed with minimal equipment, a barbell, some plates, and the willingness to be uncomfortable. You can run it entirely bodyweight if needed.

The Rules

  1. Show up every session. No negotiation.
  2. Log every rep. What gets measured gets improved.
  3. Fuel properly. Your training is only as good as your nutrition.
