5. Who we share your data with
We only share personal data where we need to, and our service providers may only use it to provide their service to us. They include:
- Shopify (e-commerce platform, hosting and checkout). Shopify processes data as set out in its privacy policy at shopify.com/legal/privacy.
- Payment providers such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, to process your payment securely.

- Police, regulators and other authorities, where the law requires it or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
- A buyer or successor, if all or part of our business is sold or restructured, in which case your data would continue to be protected in line with this policy.
We do not sell your personal data.
6. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use:
- Strictly necessary cookies to make the site work, for example keeping items in your basket and running a secure checkout. These do not need your consent.
- Analytics cookies to understand how the site is used so we can improve it, only with your consent.
- Marketing cookies to measure and personalise advertising, only with your consent.
You can accept or reject non-essential cookies through the banner when you first visit, and change your mind at any time using the cookie preferences link in our footer or your browser settings. Details of the cookies Shopify uses are at shopify.com/legal/cookies. We also honour the Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out of targeted advertising.
7. International transfers
Some of our service providers, including Shopify, store or process data outside the UK. Where personal data leaves the UK, we make sure it is protected, either because the destination has been found to provide adequate protection under UK law or because appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. How long we keep your data
- Order and transaction records: six years from the end of the financial year they relate to, to meet HMRC requirements.
- Customer accounts: until you close your account, or after two years of inactivity.
- Customer support messages: up to two years after the query is resolved.
- Marketing data: until you unsubscribe. After that we keep a record of your opt-out so we don't contact you again.
- Reviews: for as long as they are shown on our site, unless you ask us to remove them.
- Cookies: for the periods set out in our cookie banner.
9. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you and get a copy.
- Correct data that is wrong or incomplete.
- Delete your data, where there is no good reason for us to keep it.
- Restrict how we use your data in certain circumstances.
- Object to us using your data on the basis of legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time.
- Data portability: receive data you gave us in a commonly used format, or have it sent to another organisation.
- Withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it. This does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.
To use any of these rights, email info@warriorculture.co.uk. There is normally no charge. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will respond within one month. We will tell you if we need longer, which the law allows for complex requests.
10. Keeping your data secure
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted checkout and restricting access to people who need it. Payments are processed by our payment providers and we never store full card details. No system is completely secure, so please keep your account password private and let us know straight away if you think your account has been compromised.
11. Children
Our website and products are not aimed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Links to other websites
Our site links to other websites, including our sister brands and social media. Those sites have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.
13. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please contact us first at info@warriorculture.co.uk so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or 0303 123 1113.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if the law or our service providers change. The latest version will always be on this page with the "last updated" date at the top. If we make significant changes, we will let you know by email or with a notice on our website.
