Terms of service
1. About us
Warrior Culture is a trading name of Zero Dark Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17508394). Registered office: 500 Welton Road, Swindon, SN5 7XE, United Kingdom. Email: info@warriorculture.co.uk.
These terms apply to every order you place on warriorculture.co.uk. Please read them before ordering. They don't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
2. Your order and our contract
When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. Our contract with you is formed when we email to confirm dispatch. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, the price is clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we do, we'll tell you and refund any payment in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We take payment when you place your order. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we'll contact you before dispatch to confirm the correct price or cancel the order.
4. Discount codes and partner stores
Discount codes can't be exchanged for cash, can't be combined unless we say otherwise, and may be withdrawn at any time. Only one discount code can be used per order. Partner-store prices, such as those in The Longevity Games store, are available only to members with a valid access code. They are applied at checkout through the partner's code and don't combine with other codes.
5. Delivery
Delivery options, charges and estimated times are set out in our Shipping policy. The items become your responsibility once they're delivered to the address you gave us.
6. Returns, cancellations and faulty items
You can cancel and return items as described in our Refund policy. This includes your legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery. If an item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. Product information
We try to show our products accurately. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and sizes may vary slightly. Please check the size guide on each product page.
8. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that isn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the Warrior Culture name, logos, designs, photography and text, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.
10. Your personal data
We use your personal data as set out in our Privacy policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are those shown on this page when you placed it.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home nation.
