Refund policy
30-day returns
If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.
How to return
- Email info@warriorculture.co.uk with your order number and the items you're returning.
- We'll reply with the returns address and instructions.
- Send the items back using a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.
Return postage is paid by you. If an item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, we'll cover the return postage and replace or refund it, your choice.
Refunds
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll email you and refund your original payment method within 14 days. If you return a whole order within 14 days of delivery, we'll also refund the standard delivery charge you paid. It can take a few extra days for your bank to show the refund.
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? Email us with your order number and what you'd like instead. We'll dispatch the replacement once your return is on its way back to us.
Your legal rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel an online order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Our 30-day policy is in addition to this right. If an item is faulty, you also have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and nothing in this policy affects them. Gift cards and items personalised to your own specification can't be returned unless faulty.
Discounted and partner-store orders
Items bought with a discount code or through a partner store (such as The Longevity Games store) can be returned on the same terms. We refund the amount you actually paid.
