Shipping policy
Dispatch
We dispatch orders within 48 hours, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Pre-order items show their expected dispatch date on the product page.
UK delivery
- Standard delivery (4–7 working days): £4.99, free on orders over £50.
- Express delivery (1–3 working days): £9.99.
- Click & collect: free. Collect from Warrior Culture, Unit 1 Cobham Centre, Westmead Industrial Estate, Swindon SN5 7UJ. Choose collection at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready.
Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and are not guaranteed. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery outside the UK
Online checkout currently delivers to UK addresses only. For delivery anywhere else, email info@warriorculture.co.uk with the items you'd like and your delivery address and we'll quote a delivery rate. Orders sent outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes and handling fees charged by the destination country. These are the recipient's responsibility.
Problems with delivery
If your order hasn't arrived when expected, or it arrives damaged, email info@warriorculture.co.uk with your order number and we'll put it right.
